Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud teaches that healthy boundaries are essential for living a responsible, balanced, and God-honoring life. The book’s thesis is that individuals must take ownership of their thoughts, feelings, and actions—while allowing others to take responsibility for theirs—in order to experience healthy relationships, personal freedom, and spiritual growth. By learning when to say yes and no, people can love others well without losing themselves.
